Hello,
we are currently having issues when trying to add "Free" Skype Users into Skype for Business, neither of the users recieves a request, even though the user that makes the request is told that it worked successfully. Calling the User seemingly solves this issue, though that is not a practical workaround.
I have already double checked that communication is allowed with external users and have waited over 24 hours before making this post.
Skype Version: 8.37
Skype for Business Version: 16.0.11126.20196
The required DNS Records were set 24 hours ago. Making a Skype call was not possible before and adding the records fixed this issue, which makes me assume that the DNS records were propagated successfully.
Affects every User in our Organisation
Was tested outside of our Organisation (for Firewall Testing)
Was tested with multiple Skype accounts on multiple computers.
