Liebe Community
Ich habe aktuelle 4 Mailboxes in Outlook eingerichtet. Nun würde ich gerne einen Search Folder erstellen, welcher über unterschiedliche Mailboxen die "Flagged" Emails durchsucht. Um das zu machen gehe ich zur Suche, wechsle auf "All Mailboxes" und suche nach "followupflag:followup flag". Anschliessend werden mir alle richtigen Suchresultate angezeigt. Wenn ich nun auf Customize Search Folder gehe und eingeben möchte, dass dieser über alle Mailboxes sein sollte, schliesst Outlook und öffnet sich wieder. Das passiert jedes Mal, wenn ich es versuche. Auch bei einem weiteren Computer funktioniert das nicht, habe es mit einem Freund und seinem Email-Account probiert. Hier noch ein paar Infos zu meinem System:
OS: Windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Outlook: 19.10 (Build 12030.20004 Click-to-Run)
Weiss jemand von euch, wie man das ohne Crash machen kann? Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

Dear Community
I have 4 mailboxes in my outlook application which I am using frequently. I would like to have some kind of common inbox and tried to go for a workaround with a search folder. So all the mails from all the mailboxes with a follow up flag should be displayed. This was my approach: I put "followupflag:followup flag" into the criteria of the search and then changes from "current mailbox" to "all mailboxes". The search works well, but unfortunately when I try to save the folder ("customize search folder") my outlook crashes every time. It crashes exactly at the moment when I try to check the first checkbox to search in all mailboxes. I also tried this with a computer / account from a friend and he had the same result. Outlook crashed and restarted. Folder is not saved. Here some info on my system:
OS: Windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Outlook: 19.10 (Build 12030.20004 Click-to-Run)
Do you guys know how to fix that? Thanks a lot for your help!
