Ich spreche Englisch.
I brought my computer from America, and now must renew Office on my Mac, but I don't know my password and there is no reset button.

I need Excel for work. I've spent hours trying to get Office on my Mac again, and Microsoft web pages in Germany have no translation button, so I cannot make progress to simply order a new Office Suite.
I have gotten as far as submitting for payment, then a tab comes up that says there is a problem, and it won't work. I do not know what the problem is, and cannot find out on that web page.
