When I activate Windows Home Office 365 on my MacBook Pro I am receiving a warning that this app will not be compatible with modern Macs 64-bit processors. I tried to talk to Microsoft about it and got a shock.
First I took an appointment for a phone call for Saturday at 10 am (not the best option but the choice was very limited). Needless to say no one called at 10mam. But... on Sunday I discovered that there were two phone calls on my mobile at 4:40 am (!!!). When I tried to return the call on Monday morning I had to listen for 3.5 minutes to useless recorded messages and then got disconnected.
Microsoft, this is no way to treat your clients.
And I am still waiting for an answer of how are you going to solve the problem of incompatibility of your Word program with high speed processors.
