Hallo zusammen,
ich bekomme auf meinem Laptop (Win 10) die Meldung "Problem mit dem Microsoft-Konto... höchstwahrscheinlich wurde das Kennwort geändert"
ich habe allerdings ganz sicher nicht das Passwort geändert.
im Windowssupport wurde mir geraten:
Method 1: “Turn Off” Let apps on my other devices open apps and continue experiences on this device.
Click the Start Button, then go to Settings.
Switch Let apps on my other devices open apps and continue experiences on this device from on to off.
Method 2: Log in as an Administrator and removed accounts used by other apps.
Click the Start Button, then go to Settings.
Click Accounts and go to Email & app accounts.
If you see your Microsoft account listed under Accounts used by other apps. Click on it and select the “Remove” option.
Method 3: Start your PC in Safe Mode.
Methode 1 find ich irgendwie nicht hin..?
Methode 2, da find ich hin, bin aber unsicher, was passiert, wenn ich mein Windows-Konto unter „E-Mail & Konten – von anderen Apps verwendete Konten“ lösche. Kann ich mich dann weiterhin an meinem Laptop anmelden?
Woher weiß ich, dass ich als Administrator angemeldet bin?
Methode 3, hab ich noch nicht versucht, aber versteh auch nicht ganz, was da zu tun wäre..
Kennt ihr diese o.g. Meldung und könnt mir vllt helfen, wie ich das beheben kann?
Und eine weitere Frage zum Windows-Konto:
wie kann ich auf meinem alten Laptop (Win 8.1) das Windows-Konto löschen? und auch hie die Frage, ob das nicht zwingend drauf bleiben muss, damit man sich überhaupt am Laptop anmelden kann?
