Our organisation uses both personal and group accounts.
Whenever a person logs in to office.com and uses the outlook app of office365 from within their browser, all inboxes are displayed grouped, personal and those of the group mailboxes.
But when a person uses the outlook app on iPads, only personal messages appear.
It is possible to add further accounts, of course, but there is no password set for the virtual user corresponding to the group.
Hopefully, the question is asked understandable, is there any workaround apart from just using safari browser to log in to office.com?
