Hi,
we are planning to provide a B2B service in Azure (Azure ML respectively). In regards to DSGVO we are obliged to sign a AdV with our suppliers.
Using Azure makes Microsoft our supplier. Now, how/where can I get a signed AdV. I found so called OST Online Service Terms aka EU Model Clause - however, this does not satisfy the sign off of an Auftragsdatenverarbeitungs-Agreement.
How can I get a signed AdV? Or if I don't need it - I need a statement why I would not need it?
