Hi everybody,
Up until recently I was using MS Office 365 ProPlus, which was provided by my University. However, after finishing my studies I needed to find an alternative.
So now I am part of my family's Office 365 Home plan. The issue is that all my Office applications tell me that they are non-licensed products:
Through the "Account" menu within MS Office Word I then tried to change the license, which didn't work. Following the support link I then uninstalled my entire Office Suite and re-installed 365 Home. Unfortunately I am still facing the same issue.
After a while I realized that I can "view additional license information" or something like that. Doing that I noticed that my Home license is in fact working, but that the ProPlus version is for some reason still being recognized (the corresponding Microsoft Account has been removed from the system):
How can I get rid of that old license and the annoying message that I am using Office without a license?
Please let me know if you need any other info and thanks for your help!
