BSOD Critical Process Died (while gaming, while booting)

For a week now I have trouble playing games because of random freezes(about 10s). The day before yesterday I started getting BSODCritical process died. The first occured, when I was gaming(10seconds freeze into BSOD). But I was able to start windows and everything was working fine afterwards(except gaming). Yesterday suddenly my Windows wouldn’t even boot because of a BSOD critical process died and after that I had to reinstall windows. Now I still have random freezes while gaming but a BSOD didn’t accureyet.
