I sent my SP4 in with a broken screen yesterday, and made sure to triple check the delivery address. Turns out that didn't help, today I get an invoice that says the shipping address is my old one.

Somehow, I can't find the right hotline to call, every support thing is either about software problems or activating Windows, and yes, I know I'm completely wrong here, I hope someone can point me into the right direction.
I've also tried calling the general Microsoft hotline (and wasted 20 cents - it's not the money that makes me angry, but having to pay to get no help at all), and I got the same thing, only options that help with activating Windows, tell me I can't upgrade to Windows 10 and help me making a Skype Call.

I did find a supposedly direct line to Surface support, but that's a US number, and I'm in Germany.

I just want to find a way to make sure I get my Surface to the right address, I really hope someone can help me.
